'A Pot to Plant In' Selected for Nordstrom’s Black Business Month Pop-Up Shop
A Pot to Plant In, a Family-owned, Black-owned plant shop based in Smyrna, GA, is proud to announce its selection to participate in Nordstrom’s Black Business Month campaign. This opportunity marked the shop’s very first pop-up shop, hosted inside Nordstrom as part of the retailer’s nationwide commitment to highlight and support Black-owned businesses.
The Nordstrom Black Business Month pop-up initiative is part of the company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts to create meaningful opportunities for underrepresented small businesses. By featuring brands like A Pot to Plant In, Nordstrom continues its mission to celebrate diversity, uplift communities, and provide a platform for unique businesses to reach new customers.

The shop curates unique greenery and plant care experiences designed to make plant ownership accessible for new plant parents while also offering premium options for seasoned collectors. From plant gifts for home or office to hands-on plant workshops in Atlanta, A Pot to Plant In helps customers build confidence in plant care and bring life into their spaces.
